At Lioraa London Ltd, we believe in transparent and affordable shipping - from London to the world.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM BST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

2. UK Shipping - FREE DELIVERY**

**We offer UK Free Standard Delivery on orders of £ 40 and above & UK Free Express Delivery on orders of £ 80 and above

No codes needed. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout for all UK mainland addresses.

3. International Shipping - Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders are executed as normal orders.

International shipping charges & taxes are applicable as per the destination country you are ordering from.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your country and parcel weight
• Standard International: 7 - 14 Business Days
• Express International: 5 - 10 Business Days

All international orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners - Royal Mail International, DHL, FedEx or DPD with full tracking.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges (For International Orders)

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices. These are charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon arrival.

Lioraa London Ltd is not liable for any customs delays, additional charges, or confiscation by customs.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. International tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery is an estimate and may vary due to weather, courier delays, customs clearance, or high festive season volume.
